Eligibility: To purchase premium services, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capability to enter into this agreement.
Features of Premium Service: Premium offerings include the “Advertising Space” and Enhanced Listing functionalities. Through the “Advertising Space”, you can buy ad placements on Campgaroo.com. Users with Regular Free and Beta Free accounts aren’t mandated to provide a credit card. However, all premium accounts necessitate a valid credit card.
Your Responsibility: You hold accountability for any premium service purchases made on our platform.
Billing Process: Services are invoiced ahead of time on either a monthly or yearly schedule.
Advertising Outcomes: We cannot assure the success of your ads as results are influenced by factors such as geographical reach, keyword selection, your service demand, and fluctuations in site traffic.
Cancellation Policy: Should you wish to end your premium account, you must revert to a ‘free package’. Billing takes place every 30 days from your initial subscription date. If you decide to cancel within this period, the upcoming month’s charge will be waived. Cancellations can be executed via our platform tools or by emailing our support team at support@campgaroo.com. Kindly note that we don’t process cancellations through phone calls. Please refrain from contacting your credit card issuer to handle subscription matters.
Refund Policy: All services purchased are non-refundable. This includes requests for partial refunds or prorations for days or months not used.
Upgrades/Downgrades:
Billing: Upon changing your package, the updated amount will be charged to your credit card during the next billing cycle. Choosing the “free package” incurs no charges (refer to the cancellation policy).
Features: Upgrading gives immediate access to the added features of the chosen package. Conversely, downgrading will apply at the start of the subsequent billing cycle.
Service Visibility: Opting to pause the visibility of a listing won’t halt premium service charges. The billing process operates independently from listing visibility and adheres to the guidelines provided here.
Payment Method Removal: Simply deleting your credit card details or payment method does not cease the premium service’s billing.
Potential Content Impact: Downgrading your package might result in content loss or unavailability of certain features.
Data Retention: If you terminate your premium subscription, we will retain your performance metrics for 12 months. You can request a copy within this duration. After this period, the data will be permanently deleted.
